Informal educators are eligible to apply for any of the suite of educational programs that MSGC funds:

• Pre-College Education
• Public Outreach
• Teacher Training

K-12 Teacher Incentive Awards

Supports K-12 educators throughout the state who are currently teaching in a traditional classroom. Encourages teachers to engage in STEAM educational enhancement activities & purchase materials and supplies for innovative instruction. Funding is based on scientific merit and relevance to NASA’s strategic interests as expressed in NASA’s Strategic Plan. Preference is given to research focused on aerospace, space science, and earth system science However, activities in other related science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics (STEAM) fields, including educational research topics in STEAM, are also eligible for consideration.
